Is the Aqara Smart Lock U400 Deluxe Kit sold exclusively on the Apple store the same hardware as all the other versions? Will it also work with Android or is it specially locked to Apple products?
I’m asking because this seems to be the only version that comes with an extra battery. If I buy this lock I want the extra battery but I only use Android products.

Also, a Reddit poster claimed this Apple Store version felt better quality (heavier and better metal) than the standard package you would get say - off Amazon. Where can I find out this type of information? Is this true for all of the Deluxe Kit version or just the Apple version?
It’s the same product either way. Yes the hardware has more premium metal finishes, and an extra battery is included.
Just double check your specific Android device is supported for UWB.
Thank you for the info! So just to be clear - Samsung seems to also sell the Deluxe kit too. Is that also more premium metal or is that just an exclusive to the Apple sold version? Basically, are all the deluxe kits the same, premium metal?
Interesting. These were launched and marketed as Apple exclusive. Maybe the exclusivity period is over, but someone from Aqara would have to comment on that.
