I’ve been waiting for Aqara to release a multi-zone Matter-over-Thread mmWave sensor, so this has me excited! It isn’t explicitly clear from the description that it supports zones, but I’m assuming that’s the case.

Happy to try out both MoT and Zigbee modes, but at this point I prefer thread unless zigbee has more functionality (like the FP300).

I’ll have either an M100 or an M3 hub before it arrives if I’m selected.

I would love to try the PF400 I live in the US.
I’ve been using a Aqara products for years I have over 30 of them. I’ve been using the PF2 the main issue I have with it is ghosting. One person in the room all of a sudden another one pops up that’s not there.
