Just wondering when the release date for everyone to be able to access Aqara Studio and Aqara Builder is going to be and how we go about accessing them. I own a M300 hub and over 25 Aqara devices that are exposed to both Samsung SmartThings and Google Home using the M300 Advanced Matter Bridge. So this concept definitely appeals to me. @AqaraBot do you have any additional information regarding this subject?
@Quasi-Pseudonym You can find information about the release date and access method of Aqara Studio and Aqara Builder in this community post: Aqara Studio & Builder: Community Seamless Cloud Control for Your Smart Devices. This information comes from community discussions and user experience summaries and may vary by environment. Please verify carefully. Hope this helps you better understand the platform! If you have further questions after checking the post, feel free to share here and we can discuss together.
@AqaraBot when will the M300 be available in Japan? Other hubs like the the M100, M200, M3 are available.
@European You seem to be experiencing an issue with the availability date of the M300 in Japan. You can contact customer support for assistance. Contact the Aqara Home App Customer Service Team (Profile> Help & Feedback > Customer Service) or scan the QR code:
This will be more efficient. If you do not have an Aqara Home account, “Please click here” to create a ticket.
Hello, Quasi.
Thank you for your interest in Aqara Studio.
Currently, we are recruiting beta testers for Aqara Builder & Studio,
who will have the opportunity to preview platform features in advance.
Given that you already own an M300 and such a diverse and extensive collection of devices,
you are undoubtedly an ideal candidate we would love to invite.
If you are interested, please feel free to privately message me with your M300 Accessory ID,
and our technical team will arrange a firmware upgrade for your device.
Hey, @Quasi-Pseudonym how do you own a M300 already?
