Aqara switch E1 not working with hub M3/M100

Hello,

I have both an Aqara Hub M3 and an M100 at home, currently working without issues with more than 20 Aqara devices.

I recently purchased a Switch Z1 Wireless , but I’m unable to connect it to either of my hubs. During the pairing process, I consistently receive the following error:

“The operation couldn’t be completed. (LMAccessNetErrorDomain Error 650)”

So far, I have tried:

  • Restarting both hubs (M3 and M100)
  • Resetting the Switch Z1 Wireless and attempting to pair it again

Unfortunately, the issue persists.

Could you please advise on what else I can try, or let me know if there are any known compatibility issues or firmware requirements for this switch?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello, is your switch suitable for your region? Maybe this is the problem.

I’m not sure. I bought the M3 hub locally in Chile, and the switch was ordered from AliExpress.

Hi,
As far as I know is the E1 switch just for Chinese region. So it’s blocked for Chile / South America region and its server

Hi, your switch is 100% not supported in your region. I had a similar situation, I removed my old E1 from home and couldn’t get it back. E1 is only for China region.
