Aqara t2 exposed as fan in homekit

Does anyone know if it’s at all possible to expose the aqara T2 as two fans in HomeKit. And if so how to achieve this?

It should be possible - but definitely the wiring of the fans is necessary to know. If not, it’s just a guessing! If you are not common and don’t know how to wire, I would recommend to hire a professional electrician

The wiring of the fan has nothing to do with this. The issue is somewhere between the Aqara and homekit. And yes, amongst other things I am a certified electrician

What is the T2 exactly, a switch or relay?

T2 in this case is a two-channel relay.
Aqara doesn’t have a switch labeled T2.

Open the Apple Home App, locate your T2 (not sure what that is?) tap an open area of the tile and select Accessory Settings-Display as and change it to the desired choice (Fan, Light, Switch, etc).

Like srl77411 just posted, this is what I did.

Yeah, the issue is I don’t have this submenu under the T2 relays accessory settings in HomeKit. I have split the device up to show as a single tile and still nothing. I am pretty sure this is a matter issue. I have paired HomeKit to Aqara via matter.

So it turns out there’s two ways to add the M3 hub to HomeKit. One is the traditional way with the HomeKit QR and the other is via matter. Matter does not allow you to select device type in HomeKit for an Aqara T2 relay. Only the traditional method does.
