Aqara Thermostat E1 missing from Chinese region device list?

Hi everyone,

I’ve been using the Chinese Mainland region in the Aqara Home app for years, even though I’m based in Europe. I originally chose it because more products were available there at the time.

Been using Aqara Radiator Thermostats E1 without any issues. Recently, I wanted to add more units … but now I can’t find the Thermostat E1 in the device list anymore on the Chinese server.

What’s even stranger, I also don’t see the newer thermostat models like W600 (the new one with Matter).

Has anyone experienced something similar?
Did Aqara remove some thermostat models from the Chinese region device catalogue?I’m not talking about pairing failure - the product simply doesn’t appear in the add-device list anymore.

Would appreciate if anyone can confirm whether they still see Thermostat E1 in the Chinese region.

I’m using the Taiwan server. I see it’s gone from here too.

Hello, welcome to the forum. E1 is not intended for this region, so the device is not visible.
