Aqara Thermostat W500

Ah, sorry, yes, also jumping up and down ±0.5C with 10k.

I swapped to Thread firmware with 10k sensor and that is showing a stable temperature.
Unfortunately functionality is limited and I cannot change NTC type or to internal.

I recommend (temporarily) switching to Zigbee, making the settings, and returning to Thread. Theoretically, the settings should remain on Thread.
You can still contact the support service.

thanks I’ll try that.

I’m not the only one with the same issue unfortunately.

Nope, didn’t work. Did the 2 click and hold 5s. The NTC reverts to “Unknown” state and sensor flaps around -23C (when using 100k).

Also tried in a different room, also 100k from same era. Same issue.

[/quote] We’ll enable the configuration of K-value and B-value soon, and the testing is expected to kick off by the end of January. Could you share your email with me? I’ll send it to you for a trial when it’s available.

I bought a different brand just to test, it has the same NTC specification “Ntc/100k b(25/50℃)=3950” and that shows stable temperature readings.
I’m not sure if that changes anything of W500 “enabling configuration of b value”, as other works just fine?
