Hi Aqara Support Team,
I’m currently using an Aqara U100 in Indonesia. It works reliably by the way. The interior knob cover has become chipped, and I would like to replace the knob cover itself. To remove it I need the knob cover tool, but unfortunately my tool is already broken.
Right now I need to repair my door, so I have to uninstall the Aqara U100 first. However, I’m unable to proceed because I cannot safely open the knob cover.
Since I am located in Indonesia, could you please advise how I can obtain a replacement knob cover tool and a replacement knob cover part? Please let me know whether these parts can be shipped to Indonesia or if there is a local distributor or service channel I should contact.

Hi @budi_hoo , did you already contacted the Aqara support? But atm there’s Chinese New Year
- so it might take some time till you get a response.
But mostly it’s difficult to get spare / replacement parts- normally the lock is sold completely but sometimes Aqara can help you with some missing parts! I would try the support first - or look on some platforms where you can get a defective or used lock with your missing or needed parts
