I have deployed an Aqara U200 connected to a M3 Hub in a secondary home overseas and while it has been functional and the matter connection has been very stable even in the face of electricity cut once electricity was back.
At this point the lock features available remotely are hyper limited with matter link status, battery level and ability to remote unlock or lock. I had the impression that Aqara would release more feature like remote access to the journal, ability to remotely give and remove access rights but I have seen nothing mentioned even after CES.

With the new 85 update, you can remotely add temporary codes in the Aqara app, given the U200 is connected to the M3 hub.
I use mine with Apple Home (I have HomePods as HomeKit hubs) and it gives you the ability to invite guests and share the Home Key.

I’m still on version 77 but it’s great that remote periodic password is coming. This will be a big improvement.
