Hello, I recently installed the Aqara U200 (EU cylinder). Calibration works fine: it locks and unlocks completely. However, after unlocking (via fingerprint, keypad or app), the thumbturn knob remains stiff/blocked. It only turns slightly to the right and then it releases. This does not happen when turning the knob manually. I have recalibrated several times and updated to the latest firmware, but the problem persists. It seems the firmware keeps the clutch engaged, since mechanically the knob should turn freely. Could you confirm if this is a known issue and if a fix is planned?

@deifar I’m sorry to hear that you’re still experiencing issues with your Aqara U200 lock even after recalibrating and updating the firmware. This doesn’t seem to be a commonly documented problem in the reference information I have.
However, I’d like to suggest a few things you can try. First, please check if the pull spring function for the Aqara U200 is enabled in the Aqara Home app. You can go to the Aqara Home app > lock configuration > Pull Spring Feature to enable or adjust this function. Or disable this function first, then enable it again to have a try .

I have this problem too and I think it came from the firmware version: 3.0.0_0080 onwards because also the beta version: 3.0.0_0084
It presents this problem.

Yes, I’ve also noticed this since firmware 3.0.0_0084.
I didn’t have any issues beforehand and thought that the ‘stuttering’ that now ended each locking/unlocking process was a bit odd, but I am now having to slightly turn to lock the thumb turn each time I want to unlock it.
I have tried recalibrating my lock twice since this first started happening (something that’s a bit of a pain with a UK ‘lift to lock’ handle, given that the on screen instructions make no mention of lifting or depressing the door handle) but the odd behaviour reappears after a couple of unlock/lock cycles.
Surely this must be a bug?

I have the same problem for several weeks. I guess it started somewhere around fw 3.0.0_0080. When I unlock the doors (Apple homekey, fingerprint, keycode,…) the lock stays stuck in with the pull spring fully open. I have to manually release the lock which is quite hard at start and then it is smooth as always. Now I have 3.0.0_0085 and it is still the same. Did anyone find any solution, please? Thank you!
