My lock has real issues locking when using the keypad, it says its a cylinder error. I do the calibration a lot, ive even took the lock apart and oiled it but doesnt seem to help. It seems nearly like a software issue, or that the internal motor struggles to turn, but when using the phone it seems to do it better and has less issues. Has anyone else experienced this?
