Can anyone give me some ideas of what they are using there vibration sensor for.
I am thinking I could place it in my bedside cabinet and could fonze like bang it to turn the lights out. Interested in what other people use it for ?

I used it to detect rain bu enclosing it in a ip65 case 
The sensor also reports its angle in all 3 axis and can be useful to know the percentage of opening of velux-like windows

I’ve used the sensor to see when the washing machine is done. I’ve also used one to see when the backup generator turns on and sends me a notification.
