Aqara W100 - Can't find the thread/matter connection on their own

I have 147 Matter devices, all of which work reliably over Thread. Sometimes a device loses its connection to the network, but it usually comes back online on its own very quickly. Only the W100 units need some help every few days. I have to remove the battery, press a few buttons, and then put the battery back in. After that, the device comes online immediately again.
I have seven of them, and all of them behave the same way.

Firmware: 1.0.1.0
Hardware: 0.0.1.2

To me, it looks like a software issue with the devices. Is anyone else experiencing the same problems?

Hello, welcome to the forum. You have the opportunity to change the temperature sampling setting manually, maybe you have a similar problem that exists between the binding of W100 and E1 (periodic unbinding of W100 from E1). W100 Explanation of the temperature sampling setting для то

This may be the cause of your problem:

If possible, configure your internet router to use a self-assigned IPv6 prefix (ULA) rather than the IPv6 prefix used by your internet provider (GUA) in your home network.

Thank you for the explanation; I didn’t know the details yet. However, it doesn’t help me.

I have already configured my UniFi network accordingly. As I said, I have 147 devices running on Thread. Only the Climate 100s lose connection from time to time.

Hello, that’s why I recommend giving the polling (response) period 10 minutes so that the W100 doesn’t stop freezing for more than one hour.

Unfortunately, I have an M3 hub from Aqara and cannot adjust this setting. This would not be possible with a different hub, correct?

Once a W100 is offline, it remains offline permanently, even after several hours. The reset button on the back does not assist in this situation. I must remove the batteries, press a few buttons, and reinsert them.

I don’t understand, do you have an M3?

Sorry, I don’t have an M3 hub
