Hi, I need some advice. After connecting to a smart home, the buttons do not appear in the application, only the sensors are displayed. I tried all the combinations that are possible for connection, but the buttons did not appear in any of them. I restarted the sensor, set the factory settings, I did the same with the Aqara Hub3 hub, I also tried both protocols that the sensor supports, I also tried adding it to Apple Home - but I still only saw the temperature and humidity, the buttons did not appear in either case. I will be grateful for any advice.

The buttons do not appear in the AQARA Home app. They can only be visible in Google Home and Home Kit if connected. In the Aqara app they are only visible via automations.

With the Aqara w100 in zigbee mode the buttons actually are visible in HomeKit but is not programmable and does not show in Aqara home app only the middle button is programmable in the Aqara app…now in thread mode the buttons are shown in the Aqara app as programmable but does not show in HomeKit
