I am using multiple Aqara devices in my home. However, some of them (especially the Aqara Wall Outlet H2 EU devices) occasionally get removed from the Aqara app by themselves.
Most of the time, this happens around 00:00 (midnight). For example, the outlet shown in the attached video was connected to my refrigerator. The connection was lost on its own, and I only noticed it by chance when I realized that my refrigerator was not working. I then had to reconnect it to Aqara.
When the connection is lost, the devices also turn off automatically.
Additionally, as shown in the attached video, I am unable to see the device’s past logs in the app; only logs for the current day are available. However, I can still view the energy consumption data for this year on a daily and monthly basis.
I have experienced similar issues with a few other outlets before as well.
What could be the cause of this issue, and is there a possible solution?
Hello, enable the “delete prevention” function, this option is in the gateway settings.
I also recommend contacting support, they will do a detailed analysis.
Thank you for your interest. I believe the menu you mentioned is the one shown in the attached image. Although I had already enabled this option before, I still experienced the issue.
The device had been completely removed (deleted) from the Aqara app, and since it also switched to the off state, the refrigerator was not receiving power.
