Hello,

I recently purchased an Aqara Wireless Mini Switch, but I can’t get it to connect to my Aqara Hub M100.

I’ve tried several troubleshooting steps:

  • Factory reset the hub.
  • Factory reset the wireless button.
  • Tried pairing the button multiple times through the Aqara app.
  • Kept the button very close to the hub during pairing.

Despite all of this, the button never appears in the app and cannot be added.

Could you please help me understand what might be causing this issue? Is there a known compatibility problem with the M100 Hub, or could my button or hub be defective?

Hi there.welcome to the forum.normally this wireless buttons works on any server so that can’t be the issue.my question is what exactly shows when you pair the button with your hub?my be you didn’t chose the right one as on aqara app there are 2 type make sure you chose the right one also check if the LED is blinking too as the steeps ask when you pair it

Do you see the blue light lit up on the button when you initiate pairing? I have 3 of those and 1 of them had a dead battery (despite being brand new).

Yes, the blue LED is flashing normally in pairing mode. It keeps blinking, but the Aqara app never finds the button.

No matter how many times I try, the button is never detected, so I can’t add it to my Hub M100.

Hi, is the button for global use or for the China region?

Aqara app doesn’t discover the child devices by its own you need to manually select the button from the list I show you and follow the steps that aqara app shows there.

This buttons they are not locked to an specific server as I have 1 from AliExpress and works perfectly on Spain server.something he doesn’t do well when pairing the button if he said that the light is blinking my be he expects that aqara app detect it automatically but child devices doesn’t work like that.
