Aquara G410 doorbell cam clip "failed to download"

I’m novice level - got the camera installed and running great with Apple HomeKit. A doorbell clip was caught last night and I would like to download it - but I keep getting a “failed to download” message. Any ideas what’s going on? It still plays on the phone app fine -

Would a copy of it be on the micro SD card in the bell unit?

It’s a great chance it saved in the SD Card…try getting a NAS System so that way you’ll have tons of storage space,sort of like a back up and a secondary location to save multiple clips.

Thanks for the reply! It’s strange - but I do have Apple HomeKit Secure Video set up so it saves to iCloud+. I just figured out how to select and export a clip from there. I had to do a screen recording of the clip before I figured that one out, haha! I didn’t want to bother with the micro SD Card hassle…

“failed to download” is still pretty annoying - it should easily do this. Maybe because it’s phone storage it doesn’t want to take the space. oh well.
