Anybody else experiencing issues with the U200 lock? It seems like software still has a lot pf problems. I had to reset completely to get it to work, kind of. It still has a problem opening, sometimes the fingerprint is recognized, but the door just doesn’t open.

At the moment I don’t have that problem and I haven’t heard it anywhere either. You tried to make a new installation and that it is updated to the latest version.
We will provide firmware versions v84 in August (BETA UPDATE) and v85 in September. Versions v84 and v85 have been tested by more than 100 users and have fixed some issues with homekeys.
Thé firmware 0084 makes thé lock worthless, can’t calibrate thé lock . Waiting die over 5 weeks for a firmware upgrade!

U200 – Calibration issues since firmware update (daily re-calibration needed)
Since updating my Aqara Smart Lock U200 to firmware 3.0.0_0084, the lock has become very unreliable.
Calibration no longer works properly: automatic and manual calibration both fail. Even after a full reset, the problem comes back.
The lock is firmly mounted and the key turns smoothly by hand, so it’s not a mechanical issue.
I need to re-calibrate almost every day, and even then the calibration often doesn’t complete successfully.
Other symptoms since the update:
The motor sounds different than before. It sometimes moves in small jerks or turns very slowly, even though the door lock mechanism itself is easy to operate.
The latch (“tong”/spring bolt) often doesn’t trigger when unlocking. It stays retracted, so the door does not fall into the strike plate.
When I then try to manually turn the knob, it’s very hard to rotate because the motor resists. Before the firmware update, the knob felt free and easy to turn; now it feels like the motor is constantly pushing back.
All of this started only after the last firmware update. Before that, the U200 worked much more smoothly.
I am convinced this is firmware related and not a hardware defect. A reset or re-installation does not solve it.
I hope Aqara Support can provide a firmware fix soon, because at this moment the lock is not reliable enough to use daily.
Still on v77 and no sign of v85 which you mentioned will be released in September and its now December
