Why does Australia lack nearly every new product from the last two years with no ETA’s or even acknowledgement that these will be launched at a later date. Not one smart panel or rotary dial controller has been launched on Oceania server and honestly im about to yeet this entire ecosystem because it seems to be all bubble and froth lacking any substantive support with empty suggestions of “email for support regarding AC integration” that lack any follow up despite supplying documentation on Australian manufacturers and their products. GoldAir to my knowledge still has not been added to the database.
My G4 is cooked, my U200 is cooked, my G3 is cooked. M3 failure cascades to entire network not working despite assurance that internet is not needed, is it too much to ask that a product actually is fit for purpose before launch?

Hi @cindixdk , Aqara is always committed to expanding and releasing products in all regions, including yours. I hope that new products will be available in your region as well. It is very strange that all of your devices have broken down. In my experience, I rarely encounter device failures that cannot be repaired.
