Just wanted to post that having the Aqara Smart Valve Controller T1 has saved me from a very expensive repair from water damage. I have the valve paired with 11 water leak sensors. Yesterday while we were out I received a leak detection notification via HomeKit that there was a leak. The valve promptly shut off the main water line thus stopping a leak from a broken pipe in our upstairs bathroom sink. I’m not sure how much money this saved me as the leak would have quickly made its way to the kitchen below. Gotta say I sure am glad that I invested a few dollars into these sensors, thanks Aqara.

The Aqara ball valve actuator is truly an excellent device.
