Hello,
I have a Doorbell Camera Hub G410 (version 4.5.20_0052.0108).
I set up an automation in the Aqara app:
If: Face of a specific person is detected
Then: Play a custom audio file on the doorbell (welcome greeting)

Very often, the audio file does not play, even though the facial recognition has identified the correct person and marks them in the video.

Hi there and welcome to the forum.looks like could be an bug on aqara app if the face is recognized and the sound you set is not working.my recommendation is to send an email to aqara support so they could investigate the issue.
