I recently got a U100 and I have started trying to get the Geo location for auto unlocking and locking and I have it set to unlock when I get home from work when I am within 100feet per the app. I get the message in the app it says it unlocked but when I get to the door it is locked again. I am not sure what I have done wrong in the settings but some guidance for someone with more experience would be much appreciated.
Ideally when I get it working for me, I will get it setup on my parent’s Iphone’s so it will lock and unlock when he leaves the house as well. I am an android user if that makes a difference trying to set it up in the aqara app for me. And I have been told for the iphone users it’s easier to setup though Homey?

Look here, this is the automation event log. I think the lock is locked due to the activation of another user of yours. You are at home and the other is not, so the lock is locked. See how you can bypass this problem at the moment at my link. Automation for geolocation of two users
