In my laundry room I have an Aqara U50 door lock. This leads to my garage. When I unlock the door from the inside I want my garage lights (Aqara bulbs) to turn on. However I discovered there aren’t any triggers for door unlocked or door unlocked from the inside. Any thoughts or suggestions?

In your case, only a motion sensor or a door opening sensor can help.
I don’t have this lock, but I understand that inside it works like a regular spring (dumb) lock.
In the event log, do you see the door opening from the inside?
Yeah the log says opened from inside or key (or something like that). However there are no triggers for door open or door unlocked from inside. There is one that says door unlocked from outside. Also there are a bunch for door unlocked by (NFC, Password, Bluetooth…). But none of those do anything if I unlock the door from the inside. I have an Aqara door sensor but I’d rather not use that if I don’t have too since I have a door lock there…

I don’t know what automation 2.0 is. When I set up the automation, I just click on the automation on the bottom of the screen. I think it’s in the middle and then go about it from there.
