Automations don’t work when WiFi if OFF

My automations through Aqara app won’t work when internet is off. I have my Aqara light switch H2 EU 4 gang 2 channel connected to hub M3 via zigbee.I have them in decoupled mode(for Aqara H2 track lights) and created automation for them and for the extra 2 wireless buttons through the Aqara app. All automations are showing local even in the hub M3.

Thanks! I have 2 hubs M3. Hub cluster is also enabled and an Apple TV latest gen.

Thanks for the answer, if you have two M3 gateways and they are connected to one router, then this situation can be without the Internet. Theoretically, the Internet does not affect this. If you have different Aqara devices connected to different gateways, here is what happens to the connection.
Zigbee<->M3<->Router<->M3<->Zigbee.
As can be seen from the diagram, if the router is turned off, all communication between the different Aqara devices on the M3(1) and M3(2) gateways is lost.
CONCLUSION, if the Internet is lost and the router is on, then the automation works. If you turned off the router (the Internet is lost), then nothing will work.
