Bad French Translation : Door & Window Sensor P2

Several French translations in the device interface are incorrect or misleading.

Below are the issues identified on the Door & Window Sensor P2:

• On the main screen, the sentence “Éteint la climatisation” appears. This wording makes no sense in the context of a door/window sensor. If it is intended to mean “Shutdown A/C”, the current French translation is incorrect.

You should use “Alarme contact : Activée” when the window is open
“Alarme contact désactivée :” when the window is closed

• The phrase “Détecté pour” is grammatically wrong in French. The correct form should be “Détection depuis :”, which corresponds to “Detected since:”.

• For update information, “Mise à jour” should appear before the timestamp. The correct structure is: “Dernière mise à jour : jj/mm hh:mm”.

• The label “Complet” is particularly problematic. In French it means “full”, which does not apply to a door/window state. The correct terms should be:

  • “Batterie charge complete” for “Complet”
  • “Batterie charge actuelle” for current level
  • “Batterie déchargée” for empty battery.

These corrections would greatly improve clarity and user experience for French-speaking users.
