I recently upgraded my SUOL1000XLI UPS with a new battery pack, but the calibration isn’t working as expected. Despite replacing the old modules, the UPS shows a run time of just a few minutes, yet during a test outage, it lasted nearly three hours. The calibration through PowerChute didn’t help either. It seems the UPS misjudges battery discharge, dropping quickly from full to 2% but still running for a long time. I’m seeking advice on how to resolve this calibration issue.
