Battery Doorbell Camera Live Feed Issue

I recently purchased the ADC-VDB780B battery-powered doorbell camera, and I’m encountering an issue where the live feed isn’t showing up in the app or the panel, despite working perfectly in the browser. I have excellent internet upload and download speeds, and I work with ADC equipment at ADT, but I’ve never seen this problem before. I’m curious if this could be an app permissions issue or if there’s something wrong with the device itself. Has anyone else experienced this or have any suggestions on how to resolve it? I’m really hoping to get this sorted out as it’s a key security feature for my home. Thanks in advance for any help!
