Hi everyone, I’m reaching out to the community for some guidance on an issue I’m encountering with my door sensors. I maintain a system for a friend, and we’ve noticed that one of their Visonic MCT-340 E door sensors is experiencing excessive battery drain compared to the other two. The problematic sensor only lasts about a month, while the others go several months without needing a replacement. What’s puzzling is that this sensor is located closest to the hub, which shouldn’t be a contributing factor to the issue. It’s on a garage door, whereas the others are on exterior doors. I’ve already tried replacing the sensor, but the problem persists with the new one. Does anyone have any ideas or insights into what might be causing this? Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot or resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated!
