Battery-Powered Cameras Not Reinstalling - Need Assistance

Hi everyone, I’m reaching out for some help with an issue I’ve been struggling with for over two months. I have four battery-powered cameras that stopped working properly. They would send movement notifications, but no recordings, and I couldn’t connect to them at all. Interestingly, all my hardwired cameras are working perfectly fine using the same setup and ISP. I’ve tried troubleshooting by deleting and reinstalling the devices, but none of them will reinstall properly. The modules reinstall, but the cameras themselves don’t. I’m really frustrated because the support team keeps insisting the issue is with the cameras, but they won’t acknowledge that the wired ones are fine. I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem or has any suggestions on how to fix it. Maybe there’s a way to exchange the non-working cameras or get a refund?
