Hey guys, just wanted to see if aside a door lock what else would be a great way to improve through aqara products an air bnb I rent ? Every idea is welcome thank you !

In the apartment I rent via booking/airbnb I have the following setup with Aqara products:
- M3 hub is the heart of everything
- U200 lock with keypad + Shelly 1 gen4 with Matter and with some custom software to control the U200 over webpage (custom opening codes, direct links to open the lock, scheduling, etc)
- many Aqara motion sensors - part of alarm system
- Aqara T1 window sensors in each window and entrance door - part of alarm system but also used in different automations (door not closed for a certain time, opened windows while aircon is turned on)
- additional Shelly 1 gen4 with matter to control the Fujitsu aircon over its REST api
- water leak sensor T1 in the kitchen area
- Aqara smoke sensor on the kitchen
- Aqara smart plug to control the water boiler (scheduled turning on/off to save energy, turn off when alarm is armed etc)
- temperature sensors + w100 to control the temp in bedrooms
- custom HW based on m5atom Esp32s3 to control the garage gate: it acts as a matter/wifi to BLE bridge and communicates with Switchbot Bot to remotely press the button on the original RF controller for garage gate.
- G3 camera - when the apartment is not rented it is additional element of alarm system with its features to detect persons or unusual noise.

I’d recommend the smart switches and outlets, as well as the FP300 occupancy sensors. They can detect when a room is empty and turn off lights and other devices for you.
Paired with homepod mini (Siri), you can even control them by voice — so even when you’re in bed, a simple command can turn off the lights.
