Blank Screen in Windows Homey App with Multiple Zigbee Devices

Hello everyone, I’m reaching out for some help with an issue I’m experiencing with my Homey setup. I recently added several Zigbee devices to my system, including smart plugs and sensors, and everything seemed to be working smoothly at first. However, after adding a few more devices, I noticed that the Homey app on my Windows computer started displaying a blank white screen when I tried to log in. This is quite puzzling because the app works perfectly on my smartphone, and I can still control my devices and manage flows without any issues.

I’ve tried troubleshooting the problem by restarting my computer and switching to different Wi-Fi networks, but the issue persists. The blank screen appears immediately after I attempt to log in, and I can’t access the app’s interface at all. I’m wondering if this could be related to the number of Zigbee devices I’ve added to my network. Maybe there’s a limit or a specific configuration I need to adjust to resolve this.

I would greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions on how to fix this issue. Is there a known limitation with the Windows app when handling multiple Zigbee devices? Could there be a setting or update that I’m missing? Any insights or experiences others have had with similar problems would be incredibly helpful. Thank you in advance for your support!
