Blink Camera Issues and Successful Smart Switch Replacement

Hey everyone, I wanted to share a bit about my recent experiences with my Blink cameras and a successful smart switch replacement. I’ve been using Blink for a while now, and overall, I’m really happy with the product. However, there’s been a recurring issue where my Blink XT2 outdoor cameras sometimes stop recording when motion is detected. This has happened a few times, and it’s a bit frustrating because I rely on them for security. I’ve tried disabling and re-enabling motion detection, resetting the cameras, and even checking the network connection, but the problem persists. I wonder if others are experiencing the same issue or if there’s a workaround I’m missing. If anyone has any tips, I’d really appreciate it!

On a more positive note, I recently upgraded my Leviton Z-Wave dimmer switches to the GE Enbrighten Z-Wave Plus models. I’ve heard great things about GE’s smart switches, and I’m not disappointed. The installation was straightforward, and the integration with my smart home system was seamless. The dimmers work perfectly with my LED lights, and I love the added features like scene automation and scheduling. Plus, the sleek design looks great in my home. I’m really happy with this upgrade and would recommend it to anyone looking to switch from traditional dimmers to a smarter solution.

I’m also curious about how others have dealt with similar issues or what their experiences have been with different smart switches. If anyone has any advice or success stories, I’d love to hear them! Thanks for sharing your insights and experiences. Happy smart home tinkering everyone!
