Blink Camera Live View Issues on 5G Network

Hi everyone, I’ve been having some trouble with my Blink cameras and wanted to reach out for some advice. I installed two Blink indoor cameras and a Synchro Module 2, and I’ve been using the Blink Home Monitor app on my Galaxy S22. Everything works perfectly when I’m connected to my home WiFi, but I’ve noticed an issue when I switch to using only my 5G cell network.

When I’m on 5G, I can still arm/disarm the system, adjust settings, and receive notifications, but the live view feature doesn’t work. I get an error message saying ‘Live view failed,’ and a blue light flashes on the camera for a few seconds. I’ve checked the port settings and confirmed that port 443 is open on the Synchro Module 2 when connected to WiFi, so I’m not sure why it’s not working on 5G.

I’ve tried resetting the cameras and the Synchro Module, but the issue persists. I’m wondering if there’s a specific network configuration or setting I need to adjust on my phone or the Blink app to get live view working on 5G. Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help.
