I’ve been really impressed with the Blink Outdoor camera, but I’ve been struggling with how to mount it without using screws. I’ve heard that using screws can damage the surface, especially if I’m renting or don’t want to leave marks. So, I decided to explore some alternative mounting solutions.
After doing some research and experimenting, I found a few methods that work really well. First, I tried using heavy-duty mounting tape. It’s surprisingly strong and holds the camera securely without any damage. I also discovered that using a combination of tape and a sturdy plastic bracket adds extra stability.
Another great option I came across is using a magnetic mount. It’s super easy to attach and remove, and it doesn’t leave any residue. I’ve been using it on my metal fence, and it works like a charm!
I also want to share a tip about organizing the wiring. I’ve been using cable ties to keep everything neat and out of sight. It makes the setup look much cleaner and prevents any tripping hazards.
