Hey everyone, I’m facing a puzzling issue with my Bose 500 Speakers paired with Alexa. Each time I ask it to play a song or a radio station, Alexa responds with ‘Hmm, sorry I’m having trouble playing that right now.’ I’ve checked all the Music and Radio skills in the Alexa app, disabled and re-enabled them, even factory reset the speaker. Strangely, the speaker still works for news, weather, and answering questions, but music and radio are out of luck. I’ve also reset my router and ensured the network is stable since other Echo devices work fine. It’s frustrating because this was working perfectly before without any changes. Has anyone encountered this and found a solution? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
