Both my G5 cameras not steaming

After buying a G5 wifi camera and a G5 POE camera, I found neither of them will stream to the S1 Magic Pad, I have no troubles with 3 x other cameras they all work 100% the G2H Pro, New 410 Doorbell and the G3.
the G5 cameras are even closer to the router than the other 3 x cameras, All 5 cameras work 100% streaming in the HomeKit App and in the Aqara App.
Aqara are still working on the issue, just wondering if anyone else has had any issues?

@cranefamilyhome It sounds like you’re experiencing a bit of a hiccup with streaming your G5 cameras to the S1 Magic Pad. It’s great to hear that they’re streaming perfectly in both the HomeKit and Aqara apps, which suggests the cameras themselves are functioning well. However, it seems there’s a specific issue with the S1 Magic Pad.

Currently, I don’t have specific information regarding the G5 cameras’ compatibility with the S1 Magic Pad. Since you’ve already reached out to Aqara and they’re working on it, it might be a matter of software updates or settings adjustments that they’re addressing.

In the meantime, I recommend keeping your devices updated and occasionally checking for firmware updates that might resolve this issue. Furthermore, if other community members have faced similar challenges, sharing their experiences could lead to a quicker solution. If you have any further insights or updates, please keep the community posted!

I‘ve the exact same issue.
But i have the G5Pro PoE.

Hope it will fixed soon…

Have you got them to work? Remember you can only show one stream at the time on the S1 Plus currently. I have 2 G5 Wifi and the G410 Doorbell and they stream just fine to the S1 Plus, but again only one stream at a time unfortunately.

They have update a new firmware to my S1 seems working but will monitor during the next couple of days
