Aqara T3 Down/Spot Light became significantly brighter at 1% brightness after the latest Aqara Home update. Previously 1% produced a much lower light output. Firmware: 0.0.0_0022.

Hello and welcome to the forum.did you try making a reset of that light?see if will fix that brightness?
I run T2 bulbs, not T3, so take this as general experience, not gospel for your exact model.
This looks like a dimming-curve reset, not an actual hardware change. App updates on dimmable Zigbee/Matter bulbs occasionally reset the low-end calibration, so “1%” ends up mapping to more actual output than it used to, even though the bulb itself didn’t change. It’s annoying but usually not damage.
Did you try the reset coccolino_26 asked about? If not, that’s the right first move — do a full reset and reconfigure through the app rather than just power-cycling it, since a power cycle alone usually won’t touch a stored calibration value. If reset doesn’t fix it, next thing I’d check is whether the brightness curve/dimming settings in the app have separate min/max sliders now that weren’t there before the update — some Aqara app updates have quietly added finer dimming controls that changed what “1%” actually means.
