I recently upgraded my home security system and decided to go with the Bticino Classe EOS300 visiophone due to its compatibility with the Legrand/Netatmo ecosystem. However, I’ve encountered an unexpected issue that’s a bit frustrating. When trying to pair the visiophone with my existing Home + Security setup, the system requires me to create a new ‘house’ or configuration, which disrupts my current setup. This seems counterintuitive, especially since I was hoping to integrate it seamlessly without starting over.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? I’d love to hear if there’s a workaround or if others have successfully integrated their Bticino visiophone without having to recreate their entire setup. I’m hoping for a solution that allows me to keep my current configuration intact while still enjoying the benefits of the new visiophone. Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated!
