Hey everyone, I wanted to share some tips that might help those of you who, like me, struggle with cable management. I have a bit of OCD when it comes to keeping things tidy, especially with all the wires that come with smart home devices.
One of my biggest challenges was dealing with the mess of cables under my TV. There’s the power cord, Ethernet, HDMI, and of course, the wires for my Govee smart lights. I couldn’t focus on watching anything because I kept staring at the wires!
My solution was surprisingly simple: white electrical tape. I bundled all the visible wires together and wrapped them with a foot of tape. It worked like magic—against a white wall, the black wires practically disappeared.
I’ve also been experimenting with Govee products, and I must say, their smart lights have been a game-changer. They’re easy to set up and integrate perfectly with my existing setup. If you’re looking to add some festive lighting this season, I’d highly recommend checking them out!
What are your cable management hacks? I’d love to hear your tips and tricks for keeping things tidy. Let’s share and learn together! ![]()
