Hi everyone, I’m reaching out to see if anyone has encountered and resolved the issue I’m facing with my CAM PLUS service. I recently purchased the CAM PLUS license for my Wyze cameras, which are all running on the latest RTSP firmware. However, despite having four available licenses on my iOS app, the system is telling me ‘No Cameras Found.’ This is quite puzzling since my cameras were working perfectly before upgrading to CAM PLUS.
I’ve tried the usual troubleshooting steps—rebooting the cameras, resetting the app, and even reinstalling it. But the issue persists. I’m wondering if there’s a specific configuration or setting I might be missing that could resolve this. Has anyone else experienced something similar, or perhaps have a workaround?
Additionally, I’m curious if others have successfully integrated their Wyze cameras with third-party platforms or services. Any insights or tips would be greatly appreciated! Let’s hope we can get this sorted out soon. Thanks in advance for your help!
