Tengo un problema con la automatizacion de mi camara G3, a continuacion os lo detallo.
Tengo configurada la camara para que se active el modo “ LEJOS” mediante geocerca cuando salgo de mi casa. El problema es que cuando se activa el modo me aparece un mensaje de error( adjunto captura).
Mi pregunta es que significa ese error y como puedo solucionarlo para que no aparezca de nuevo?
Tengo configurado EL MODO PRIVACIDAD en automatico para que se active cuando estoy en casa y se desactive cuando estoy fuera de casa.

Por favor, intenta configurar la automatización para que, al salir del área de la geocerca (Geofence), también se encienda la cámara (o se despierte), tal como se muestra en la imagen.
I had the same issues, but I solved it with choosing the right sequence and a little waiting time. First activate the cameras, then give it some seconds and after that activate the security mode.
Here is an example how I solved this in Apple’s Shortcut app. First activate the two cameras, then waiting for 8 seconds and then activating the security mode.
Thanks Frank…. But my issue is in the AWAY mode there is an option to close/unclose automatically the privacy camara status…. and this is what I would like to know how run…
Lo intentaré… pero al configurar el modo LEJOS hay una opcion para hacer que la camara se “ despierte” ( salga del modo de privacidad) de forma AUTOMATICA y eso es lo que no consigo configurar ( o no funciona….). Te adjunto captura de lo que te estoy diciendo.
Furthermore I use the Geofence setting in the Aqara app for setting the security mode which triggers to arm the cams in the corresponding mode via privacy settings.
Esa configuración se aplica a todas las cámaras que estén incluidas dentro del apartado “Cámara de seguridad”.
Por favor, comprueba si tu cámara G3 está realmente seleccionada/activada en esa lista. Además, ten en cuenta que normalmente solo puedes activar las cámaras en esa función si dispones de una suscripción activa (Cloud).
I notice there are a difference bettwen your configutation and mine……it is in the Geogance screen about the “Angebebener”…. I have not it as you(?) ….maybe for that my configuration is not running??( attached picture my screen). In your configutarion appears yor phone model but in my configuration it is not(?), I have only my address not the phone model…
You have to tap on that location button and set your location with an home zone radius. Minimum is about 100 m. If you have chosen your location here and saved it, it will show you which device and user has set it, because I have multiple users in my home and the app is installed on multiple devices.
Have you allowed the Aqara Home app always access to your exact location and turned on background actualisation? This will be needed for proper working of the geofence feature.
