Camera G100 network error

I have installed two Aqara G100 cameras, and the next day they disconnected from the Aqara app. I restarted them and added them back to the application, but a day later they disconnected again. The message “Network error. Please try again.” appears. However, both cameras work perfectly in the Apple Home app. My router (4G) is a TP-Link Archer MR600. Any suggestions?

@7q8rmy7r4y Hi, I also had this problem initially with my G100 camera. I then tried a few solutions and they worked. If you haven’t already done so, I recommend replacing your power supply with a 5W 2A one, especially if you use the camera with a MicroSD card and save recordings to a NAS. Also, check the latest firmware version available.

Thank you. I have a camera with a 5W adapter and the other with a 20W one, and the updated firmware.
