About two weeks ago, my Hub G3 interior camera started randomly cycling between online and offline states repeatedly. The span in between cycling can be an hour(s). Sometimes it a minute(s). It seems to be more frequent at night. I’ve never had any issues with it before. Since it’s a hub, I’ve noticed that it’s taking some sensors offline with it. Rebooting my WiFi router, Hub M3, or even the camera itself doesn’t seem to fix the issue. It appears to correct itself whenever it wants. My last resort is to possibly swap out the cable and/or charging block (power supply). Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Hello.i also own an G3 and I have never had such an issue.did you changed something on your network side?because to me looks like the camera is disconnecting from wifi or jump from an channel to the other meaning is jumping from 2.4Ghz to 5Ghz , by doing this clearly is disconnecting from network and could be the issues that sometimes take less to recover and sometime more time.mine is set on the 5Ghz because is at 2m from my router.
No, I haven’t made any changes. That’s what’s so strange. All my devices that use my router and/or WiFi, including my exterior Aqara cameras, Google Home Devices, Hub M3, laptops, TVs, iPhones, iPads, work perfectly. However, this particular hub/camera is having issues. I conducted a router test last night and received a download speed of 984 Mbps and an upload speed of 975 Mbps. It seems to work fine during the day. I’m wondering how I can determine if the hub/camera is switching between the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. Additionally, I’d like to know how to set it to one of these bands.
Well to check on what WiFi band is your camera connected you can check it from aqara home app on camera settings were is the network information.there you can see when goes offline check what band was on and when comes online check again to see if the band changed.now I do not know on every router how that can be set but tell me what router do you use?also is the camera G3 far from the router?
