I started my system recently with G3 being 1st camera/hub. I have added a lot of accessories since. As the system grew the G3 less effective. So I deleted it and have attempted reinstalling many times. I know about 10 sec and 10 push resets. I know to delete from Aqara home, Apple home also I have Tapo app. Not sure if I actually cleared the G3 from everywhere? If not it’s because I don’t know about it. Can anyone please help!!! Please and thank you

Do they have a phone number? The email with them is slow. A couple days turn around each message.

Did the G3 after you remove it from aqara home app say “ready to connect” and the light blinking yellow?

Sorry I have been away. I had a surgery and lengthy recovery. I am now ready to tackle the G3 problem. I wish that I could trade the 2 G3’s that I have for g350’s. It seems they have addressed my specific problems with those. And the zoom would be nice.

Sorry to hear that.but no need to trade nothing as you can always zoom in and out with G3 too only that you do not have an button there to do it.with fingers on the camera it will zoom ether way.first make sure to press 10 times on each camera so they factory reset and add then add them as there is also new updates for it sin e day 12.

As I have said before I have done all the customary restart tricks including 10 second press and 10 presses with no luck. I need some real help. I have a LOT of aqara devices at this point, have spent a LOT OF $$. I can list all I have bought if you would like to see. I don’t think it unreasonable to want to switch these cameras out. Overall I am please with my Aqara equipment. But these G3’s are a big We aletdown. They are advertised as being easy to use and capable of pretty much anything. I have not been impressed and they most certainly are not easy to use. I need these up and running. Please help. Thanks

But what message do you receive when you try to add one?because I have a G3 camera myself and works perfectly.also make sure that your phone is also connected to the same WiFi but I like to know what message do you receive when you add them on aqara app
Hello, I’ve had cases where after resetting the G3 to factory settings I had to reboot the router in the house. A router that works with G3.
Also check which range the WiFi operates in, 5 or 2.4?
