I started my system recently with G3 being 1st camera/hub. I have added a lot of accessories since. As the system grew the G3 less effective. So I deleted it and have attempted reinstalling many times. I know about 10 sec and 10 push resets. I know to delete from Aqara home, Apple home also I have Tapo app. Not sure if I actually cleared the G3 from everywhere? If not it’s because I don’t know about it. Can anyone please help!!! Please and thank you

Do they have a phone number? The email with them is slow. A couple days turn around each message.

Did the G3 after you remove it from aqara home app say “ready to connect” and the light blinking yellow?
Yes it gets just passed that
