Camera Hub G3 stops working, and green diode is on steady

Hi,

I’ve ran in to an issue with my Aqara Camera Hub G3.
It stops working shortly after boot up, and a green diode(ring) is constantly on.

I’ve changed the wall adapter, the cable, and even tried a different outlet, to check if it was a power issue from my side.
It seems though as it is internally in the camera there’s an issue.
The camera hangs from the ceiling, so it hasn’t been knocked over.

When replicating the issue, it boots up, waking the camera, and gets to a spot where it reboots.
When booted once again, it reaches the same point where it stops, and then a green diode comes on, and the camera stops being responsive.

Does anybody have any knowledge about this sort of issue?

I’m very sorry you encountered this.
The first thing I would do under these circumstances is try a full factory reset and check the operation afterward. If that doesn’t help, you should contact support at support@aqara.com

Tried resetting the camera to factory settings, but unfortunately it did not work.

I’ll try emailing the support team.
