Hello everyone, I’m reaching out to the community for some guidance regarding an issue I’m encountering with my cameras. I recently set up several cameras around my property, and while most of them are functioning perfectly, I’ve noticed that a couple of them aren’t displaying preview pictures. This is a bit concerning, especially since one of them is monitoring an area where my company truck is parked. It would be incredibly helpful to have that preview functionality to keep an eye on things without having to load the video each time.
I did some troubleshooting and reset one of the cameras after the batteries died, but unfortunately, the preview picture issue persisted. I’m wondering if there’s a setting I might have missed or a configuration step that needs to be adjusted. Has anyone else experienced something similar, and if so, how did you resolve it? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
