I tried to fix the problem but it’s not possible
After I bought the new phone, all of my information gone and i need to add g3 hub again, but it doesn’t work with aqara, so i use homekit mode and after that its not bind with the aqara app
I send email to support and without solve the problem they write for me , they are happy for help!
So i must send that g3 hub to the garbage because its not work and add to aqara app and 98% of the tools not work! Its like normal cam now!
