Can’t pair Aqara Switch E1 (WXKG17LM / lumi.remote.acn004) with Aqara Hub

Hi,

I’m trying to add my Aqara Wireless Remote Switch E1 (Double Rocker, model WXKG17LM / lumi.remote.acn004) to my Aqara Hub using the Aqara Home app, but I can’t get it to pair.

Here’s what I did:

  • I selected “Add Accessory” in the Aqara Home app.
  • I pressed the button on the switch 5 times quickly to enter pairing mode.
  • The blue LED blinks, but the hub doesn’t detect it.

My Aqara hub is up to date, and other devices work fine.
Does anyone know if this switch is supported?
Do I need a specific hub model (M2, M1S, M3)?
Any help would be really appreciated!

Hello . E1 switch only works in the Mainland China region, if you have another region you won’t be able to add it.
Change the region to Mainland China and it will connect to the hub, before that you need to add the hub to the same region.
