Can the motion sensors work in multiples, to "handoff" control?

I have a couple of the presence sensors and was wondering if anyone had luck using them in close proximity.

@rracecarr1 Great question! When it comes to using multiple Presence Sensors FP2 in the same space, there’s good news. According to the FAQs for the Presence Sensor FP2, multiple devices generally won’t interfere with each other as long as they are not directly facing one another. This setup allows them to operate simultaneously in various modes without any issues.

If you’ve had any personal experiences or tips on setting them up effectively, feel free to share! The community would surely appreciate your insights.

@rracecarr1 It seems the reference information doesn’t specifically cover using multiple presence sensors in close proximity for “handoff” control. That said, the Aqara community is full of creative users—maybe someone has tried a similar setup! If you have specific needs or suggestions for improvement, feel free to share more details here to spark discussion. @rracecarr1 It seems the reference information doesn’t specifically cover using multiple presence sensors in close proximity for “handoff” control. That said, it’s a great question! If you’re using models like the Presence Sensor FP2, which supports multi-person detection (up to 5 targets, with best results for up to 3) , or FP1/FP1E which focus on single-person tracking , you might want to experiment with placement and zone settings (FP2 allows up to 30 zones ) to see if they can work together.
