Cannot calibrate U200

Hi all, any suggestions for why I can’t calibrate the U200 (other than a defective product)?

During auto calibration, the lock:

  • opens
  • closes and plays a short melody
  • opens again
  • emits a long beep, then after a pause, shows a calibration error.

Any tips to fix this besides returning it would be appreciated.

So I can help you better… So.any locks and doors available
Did you also tried manual calibration?

Hi, I cannot make manual calibration as application is requiring to finish auto calibration first. I’ll record video and upload shortly.

I removed the lock from the app and added it again, which allowed me to calibrate it this time. It seems like the system is unstable, but hopefully it will work smoothly now.
